Which data we process
We process the data you provide to us yourself through the contact form or by email: name, organisation, email address and the content of your message.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your question, issue a quotation and perform any resulting agreement. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and do not share it with third parties unless legally required.
Retention
We keep contact details for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless an agreement is concluded, in which case statutory administrative retention periods apply.
Cookies
This website places no tracking or marketing cookies. No visitor profiles are built.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Send a message to info@metro-xs.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
